HOW IT WORKS
Coaching transformative leadership
Coaching gives leaders the chance to reflect and gain insights on themselves and the context and people they are responsible for leading.
Our experience in coaching is that people benefit from the process whether they have explicit goals or not.
Feedback from our clients tells us that this helps people face into issues that are challenging at both a personal and an institutional level
All of us have extensive leadership experience ourselves and we have learnt that sharing our insights can be valuable as well as using good coaching technique to facilitate the client's own thoughts.
